2.  All appraisals will be completed in a timely manner and emailed in Adobe .pdf format to the email address you have provided.  Additional charges may apply for hard copies to be mailed.

3.  Expert witness testimony is not included in the appraisal fee and additional charges will apply if the appraiser is needed to testify in court proceedings.
